Standard mainland UK delivery is £5.99 for all orders via DHL Express and we will aim to deliver within 3-7 working days of receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. Deliveries are Monday - Friday (excluding bank or public holidays) and dates are an estimate only.
All delivery charges are subject to change should the parcel exceed weight or size limits and may require an additional postage charge.
We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted, but delivery times are not always guaranteed. Occasionally delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons outside of our control, but we will keep you updated if this is the case and the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period.
We will deliver to the address you specified, so please ensure that this is correct.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control or cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
Item arrive damaged
On the rare occasion that items are received damaged or faulty, please email us within 2 days of receipt of item. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this time-frame. Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and email us a photograph of the damages, so that we can claim from the carrier.
Please ensure you check the items on receipt, once an item has been signed for it is accepted that the order has been received in a good condition.
Items not received
We will need to be informed by email within 2 working days of the estimated delivery time if your purchased items have not been received.
